How it works
Reserve now, pay monthly, pick up when it is ready
1. Choose your pack
An eighth, a quarter, a half or a whole animal. Each is priced per kilo of meat - the bigger the share, the lower the price.
2. Reserve your share
Pick the animal and reserve. We take the first payment now and the rest monthly, on the same day each month, until the month before it is processed.
3. We weigh it
When your animal is processed we weigh your share. You pay for the actual weight - we charge or refund the small difference.
4. Pick it up
We email you when it is ready. Collect it from the farm, cut, vacuum packed and labelled for the freezer.
